A man has been charged with GBH after a 21-year-old was hospitalised on Saturday morning.
The Police and ambulance service were called to reports of a man suffering from stab wounds in Peckham High Street at around 8.30am.
The 21-year-old victim is thought to have made his way there from the scene of the incident in Peckham Road, near the junction with Southampton Way.
Ismail Abdirashid, 30, of Consort Road, SE15, has been charged with GBH. The victim was taken to a south London hospital for treatment. He has since been discharged.
A second man, aged 57, was also arrested as part of the investigation, but has since been released with no further action to be taken.
Peckham Road was closed between Talford Road and Lyndhurst Way while the scene was dealt with and reopened just after 11:30am.
